These strategies include refining segmentation, testing out subject lines, enhancing content relevance, and maintaining list hygiene to ensure higher deliverability and engagement rates.

While the coordinator defined the strategy and criteria, I managed the hands-on process of reviewing, organizing, and deleting unnecessary assets to support system maintenance and improve overall workflow efficiency.

Based on these findings, I developed and implemented a streamlined folder hierarchy designed to improve accessibility, consistency, and overall usability of the digital asset system.
